Contribution and refund support
If you need help with a contribution or want to report an accidental, duplicate or unauthorised payment, email the same address. Include the approximate payment date and the email used at checkout where possible.
Never send full card numbers, CVCs, passwords, one-time security codes or online-banking credentials by email.
